WARNING - READ BEFORE USE
1. DO NOT wrap the bands around any part of your body including but not limited to neck, legs, wrist, waist or any other part of your body. This can result in serious injury.
2. Consult your physician before beginning any regular exercise and for safety instructions.
3. Always examine your bands and accessories for any defects, cracks, cuts, tears or imperfections before use. If there are any imperfections, stop using bands immediately.
4. Never wrap your bands around objects including trees, poles, fences, chairs, vehicles, desk, etc,
5. When connecting the band to the Versa Fit 360 exercise station make sure the clips are secured on to the anchor ring(s) or looped through the anchor ring(s) and other ends secured to provide handles, ankle cuffs or power bar.
6. Do not use exercise bands for anything else other than exercise.
7. Do not overstretch your exercise bands.
8. Always exercise in a stable position. Do NOT rely on exercise bands to support your body.
9. Never align exercise bands with your face or any other sensitive parts.
10. When using the Versa Fit 360 exercise station you always have your body weight on some portion of the station when pulling on the bands.
11. Use the exercise bands only as directed.
12. We assume no liability of accidents or damage that may occur with the use of your bands or the VersaFit 360 exercise station.
13. VersaFit 360 use on the bed or couch - Make sure it is securely placed.
14. VersaFit 360 use with chair - Make sure chair is securely placed on the exercise station.
15. VersaFit 360 use on the floor - Maintain good footing on and off the station to avoid tripping.
