- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Standard delivery typically takes:

- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand.
3. Heavy & Oversized Equipment
- Large fitness items (e.g., treadmills, squat racks, weight benches) may ship via freight delivery.
- Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Additional handling or white-glove delivery/assembly services may be available at extra cost.
4. Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses for oversized equipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local government.

- VERSAFIT360 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
