  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Standard delivery typically takes:

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand.

3. Heavy & Oversized Equipment

  • Large fitness items (e.g., treadmills, squat racks, weight benches) may ship via freight delivery.
  • Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Additional handling or white-glove delivery/assembly services may be available at extra cost.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to [list countries/regions].
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses for oversized equipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local government.

7. Damages & Lost Packages

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • VERSAFIT360 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
